Are you intimidated by the gym? It is a fact that with the right guidance and encouragement, previous gym haters can learn to love it and the amazing results it can bring.   

And really, for anyone who is just stuck in a rut and can feel bad habits getting worse and need to reverse things, this may well be the intervention that you need.

In a face to face session, you will get my full energy and you will leave the session feeling you have given it your all and feel great. Taking on a limited number of clients at any one time means you get this service.  

Whilst my coaching does mainly revolve around the exercise, this is just part of our work together.  We look at diet, sleep, stress, routine, your relationships and support networks etc, and we hone in on the things that are stopping you from feeling your best.

Nutrition Advice

Different things work for us all, whether that’s a meal prep delivery service, a sexy man on Instagram making Italian food or using an app to track what you eat. Nutrition is important and it can definitely help or hinder your progress. We will find what works for you if your diet needs a tweak or even a complete overhaul.    

Recipes and Menus Plans

Great for extra ideas, practical tips on prep and saving time and calorie and macro info where needed. Recipe documents include Gluten and Dairy Free, Higher Protein, Diabetic Guidelines, Nutrition for Women over 40 and Pescatarian Recipes. Relevant documents are supplied free of charge as part of block sessions.
