I’m here to help you thrive. After working in the natural health and fitness industry since 2005, producing two small humans and experiencing peri-menopause myself, I bring a unique set of skills to being a personal trainer.

 

It is far more than just 1:1 fitness sessions that I offer - I want to help women rediscover their vital energy that sometimes gets lost along the way. In short, I want you living your best life.
